What Happened?
On Wednesday, April 30th, a large section of the ceiling at the Cranford Theater unexpectedly collapsed, forcing our beloved hometown theater to close its doors. Thankfully, no one was hurt—but the damage was significant, and the road to reopening will require major repairs and renovations.
For so many of us, the Cranford Theater is more than just a place to watch a movie. It’s where we gather with friends, enjoy date nights, celebrate birthdays, and support local events. It’s a part of our town’s soul—and now it needs us.
